C-TPAT
Our C-TPAT certification signifies that Nice Way Transport meets stringent security standards recognized by US Customs & Border Protection. This results in fewer cargo inspections when crossing the US border. In the rare instances where an inspection is necessary, our C-TPAT status grants us priority. PIP
As a proud member of the Partners in Protection (PIP) program, Nice Way Transport adheres to the highest supply chain security standards set by the Canada Border Services Agency. This allows your goods to be transported more quickly, safely, and securely into Canada, helping your load reach its destination on time.
FAST
The FAST program is a joint Canada-US initiative for pre-approved, low-risk carriers like Nice Way Transport and their drivers. This certification ensures that your load is unlikely to experience significant delays at the border and will reach its destination on time. Our low-risk status allows our trucks to cross the border quickly with fewer inspections. By presenting FAST membership documents at the border, trucks can often proceed rapidly, with detailed declarations and paperwork handled away from the border later, ensuring your load isn’t held up.
ACE
Nice Way Transport is integrated into the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE), a US Customs and Border Protection program designed to modernize and streamline trade across the US border. This automated system ensures our compliance with US laws and regulations, significantly reducing the likelihood of our trucks being inspected or delayed at the border. This allows your goods to move quicker and with greater certainty to their US destination.
HAZMAT
Nice Way Transport is fully certified and experienced in delivering hazardous materials of various kinds. This includes chemicals (such as flammable, corrosive, or oxidizing substances), sensitive materials, and dangerous equipment. Our extensive experience and specialized training in TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods) and WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) ensure we are well-prepared to handle your hazardous goods safely and securely, whatever they may be.
